Service FAQ
A publicly appointed and sworn (or authorised) translator from our vetted network prepares and stamps it — never a machine translation with a signature added.
Certified translations from a German sworn translator are accepted by Standesämter, Ausländerbehörden, courts, universities and most employers. Tell us the specific office at order and we'll confirm before you pay.
No — a clear scan or photo is enough for the translation. If the receiving office requires the original alongside the translation, that's a separate step you handle directly with them; we never need to hold your original.
Choose the 4-page set, or contact us for an exact quote on longer documents — we price by page, not by guesswork.
If rejection is due to a certification error on our part, we correct it at no charge. If it's due to the receiving office's own requirements (e.g. they wanted an apostille too), we'll advise on the fastest fix.
