Your document goes to one specialist translator in the right field — never split across a queue of freelancers to hit a deadline. A second, independent linguist checks the finished translation before it reaches you. Nothing ships after a single pass.
A certified translation is stamped and signed by a translator who has been publicly appointed and sworn — or authorised — by a German court, not by Translation Road as a company. That's what a Standesamt or Ausländerbehörde actually checks for, and it's the only kind of certification we deliver.
Your documents are used for one purpose: preparing your translation. They're not shared beyond the translator and reviser working on your order, and they're deleted from our active systems once your order is complete and any statutory retention period has passed.
We confirm your exact price and delivery date before you pay, not after. Standard delivery is 2–3 business days; if your deadline is tighter, express delivery in 24 hours is priced and available at order — not negotiated by phone.
If a translator's availability changes after you order, you hear it from us the same business day — not on the day your document is due. And if a named authority rejects a certified translation because of an error on our part, we correct it at no charge.
