Quote
For quote requests, we confirm exact scope, price, and turnaround within 4 business hours. For cart orders, the price is already fixed — you just complete checkout.
Translate & certify
A specialist translator in your subject area prepares the document. An independent reviser checks it. Where certification applies, a publicly appointed and sworn (or authorised) translator stamps and signs it.
Deliver
Standard delivery is 2–3 business days from order confirmation; express delivery is 24 hours. You receive the digital file, and a postal hard copy if you selected one.

Who signs and stamps it
A publicly appointed and sworn (öffentlich bestellt und allgemein beeidigt), or authorised (ermächtigt), translator from our vetted network prepares and certifies the document — the certification stamp and signature belong to that individual translator, sworn in under German state law, not to Translation Road as a company.
Who accepts it: Standesämter (registry offices), German courts, Ausländerbehörden (immigration offices), Universities and admissions offices, Employers, Embassies and consulates.

If rejection is due to a certification error on our part, we correct it at no charge. If it's due to the receiving office's own requirements, we'll advise on the fastest fix.
Every order includes one free round of revisions for scope-conforming corrections, requested within 14 days of delivery.
