We confirm your exact price and delivery date before you pay, not after. Standard delivery is 2–3 business days; if your deadline is tighter, express delivery in 24 hours is priced and available at order — not negotiated by phone.
If a translator's availability changes after you order, you hear it from us the same business day — not on the day your document is due. And if a named authority rejects a certified translation because of an error on our part, we correct it at no charge.
